Halloween 2010

We had a blast this Halloween. Saturday we picked out pumpkins and carved them. Sunday we took a ride on a canal boat down the C&O canal and went trick or treating. Here are some pictures of our adventures and the cuties in their costumes.

Kyle Visits Maryland

Last weekend, my brother was able to visit us at our place. Saturday we went to a pumpkin patch and then to Great Falls.

Sunday we went to Monocacy Aqueduct and then back to Virginia to meet up with some family that we hadn't seen in a very long time.

Our visits with Kyle always fly by, but we all have a blast when we're with him. In a few weeks he will be stationed at Fort Sill in Oklahoma. We will be sad to see him leave Virginia, but we are so grateful and honored that he is serving our country.

Sasquatch

Last week there was a small sasquatch siting in our town of Poolesville. The photographer was missing, but the camera was found.

Here is the evidence that what was retrieved from the camera.

This is Bailee's 7th grade school picture. I think she is absolutely beautiful....and no, I'm not biased.

Happy 11th Birthday Bostyn!!

It seems like every year goes by faster and faster. Bostyn turned 11 today and I still can't believe it. Where does the time go? Here are some pictures from our family celebration.

Happy Birthday Bostyn!

Harvest Days

We were at Jake's parents farm this past weekend. Culpeper was having a farm tour and their distillery was one of the stops. We also had my brother Kyle with us! It was the first weekend he was able to spend off base and we were so excited to be able to spend some time with him.

We even had a pre-birthday party for Bostyn. We figured we had to celebrate with Grandma and Grandpa Miller and Uncle Kyle. Any excuse to have cake right? The farm tour was really fun and everyone had a great weekend.
